• Advising Vietnam Northern Food Corporation (VINAFOOD1) on legal issues relating to site clearance, benefit for labours in case of moving Luong Yen car-park; negotiation and signing business cooperation contract to perform the Complex Building at No.3 Luong Yen (Hanoi)  With Sungroup Group The total investment is over 3,500 billion VND.

• Advising Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (VIETCOMBANK) on legal issues related to the financing for “Granite Thach Ban ceramic factory” project in Bac Giang. The total investment is over 800 billionVND.
